Homework Guidelines
1. Provide a study area
2. Provide a specific time period
3. Give assistance, but remember, the homework is your child's responsibility
4. Supervise the homework to make sure your child understands the
directions and works carefully
5. Remember to always be positive and give praise often
Homework FAQ's
Q: Do I have homework tonight?
A: Yes.
Your assignment is to...
Read 20 minutes every night, then write a paragraph about what you
have read. Remember to put your name on your paper, the date, name of the
book, page numbers, and have your parents sign it!
Read your story into your tape recorder, then listen to yourself read.
Bring the tape back to school the next day.
Remember to do any worksheets or packet work that is sent home during
the week. Those assignments will be written on our daily communication
log.
